Welcome to my website.I am Dr. Dawn Lancaster, a licensed chiropractic physician.I have specialized in drugless health care and recommended nutritional therapies for my patients since 1981.

That being said, I am also passionate about dark chocolate and have been researching the health benefits of consuming raw unadulterated cocoa from the cacao bean for several years--perhaps to justify my enthusiastic consumption.Unfortunately, I found that most readily-available chocolate has been processed and combined with unhealthy ingredients, such that the overall benefit of even dark chocolate has been compromised.
