We are Anne-Marie and Robert Fontaine. We live in Ottawa, Canada. Robert teaches French for a living and Anne-Marie works for one of the universities here.
We found Xoçai Chocolate purely by accident while reading the classified ads of the Toronto Globe and Mail. The ad mentioned the arrival of Healthy Chocolate to Canada.
We were intrigued because Robert's brother, Adrian, is a pastry chef, an expert in the use of chocolate to make beautiful pastries, truffles and other delectable desserts. We called the number in the classified ad to get information for him and learned all about the benefits of Healthy Chocolate.
At first we were skeptical. How can something as decadent as chocolate be healthy for you? But the more we heard, the more we realized that this chocolate was not like the typical high fat, high sugar variety, made with waxes, fillers and preservatives that most people are accustomed to buying.
We discovered that Xoçai Chocolate has ten times the antioxidants of blueberries and other healthy fruits and vegetables.
Xoçai chocolate is made from raw, unprocessed, unfermented, non-alkalized cocoa, and is prepared using a cold-press method, a method for which MXI Corp. has the exclusive International Patent, and which does not destroy all the nutrients and antioxidant value of the cocoa bean.
According to Dr. Richard Cutler from the National Institute of Health in Washington D.C., the amount of antioxidants that we maintain in our body will determine how well and how long we will live. The amount of antioxidants in food is measured using a scale called the ORAC value.
