Xoçai High-Antioxidant Weight-Loss System
The Xoçai High-Antioxidant Wellness System consists of three categories. Depending on which category best fits your health needs, the guidelines below tell you how to best incorporate the system into your health regimen.
Weight Loss
If you are trying to lose weight, this category is for you. The formula for losing weight with X-ProteinMeal™ Shakes is simple:
- Replace two meals with a X-ProteinMeal™ Shake
- Eat one sensible meal (see suggestions on page 20)
- Eat two to four X Power Squares™ or any other calorie-equivalent Xoçai Healthy Chocolate™ products (e.g. XoBiotic Squares™) for snacks and/or a 200-250 calorie protein snack for appetite suppression or cravings (see "Snack It Up!" section)
- Try to consume no more than 1,200 calories per day for women and 1,500 calories per day for men
- For beginners, exercise approximately 20 minutes 3-5 times per week. Walking is a good way to start. For those more active, exercise 30-60 minutes 3-5 times a week
- Follow the "Tips for Healthy Weight Loss" (found on page 17)

Wellness Maintenance
Perhaps you've already been able to reach your preferred weight, but you're worried about maintaining that weight. Or perhaps you're generally healthy and want to maintain a high level of health. The formula for overall wellness maintenance with the Xoçai High-Antioxidant Wellness System™ is simple:
- Replace one meal with a X-ProteinMeal™ Shake
- Eat two sensible meals (see suggestions on page 20)
- Eat two to four X Power Squares™ or any other calorie-equivalent Xoçai Healthy Chocolate™ product (e.g. XoBiotic Squares™) for snacks and/or a 200-250 calorie protein snack for appetite suppression or cravings (see "Snack It Up!" section, page 22)
- Exercise for approximately 30-60 minutes three to five times a week
- Follow the "Tips for Healthy Weight Loss" (page 17)
Athletic Performance/Special Requirements
If you're an athlete, you know that your body requires an added measure of nutrition for more energy, improved antioxidant support, increased performance and faster recovery.
- Consume one to two X-ProteinMeal Shakes daily between your normal, healthy meals
- In addition, consume one Xe Xoçai Energy™ drink before and after strenuous activities
