My name is Lois Paschke and I am definitely a chocolate lover! I am also an occupational therapist by profession and passionate about living a healthy and balanced life! My friends in high school already joked about Lois's balance! (I'm a bit past high school now, with a husband and two grown children) So it is not a surprise that I continue to include chocolate as a necessary indulgence in my life.
I believe that my body is a temple and needs to be treated well, not only for my own sake but to honor God who created me.

Imagine my delight in finding a dark chocolate that tastes luscious and stays as close to its created form as possible! That makes it a truly divine chocolate, in my book.

And the many benefits of eating dark chocolate are making the news more often all the time these days. That is why I particularly love eating healthy Xocai chocolate.
