Welcome to the World of Xocai!

I love chocolate, especially dark chocolate. But I had struggled with the sugar and fat that most chocolate contains. I couldn't keep eating it. My body wouldn't let me!

As someone who has food sensitivities and who values health, I'm so grateful to a friend who showed me that chocolate wasn't the problem, it was processed chocolate that was the culprit!

I wondered, "Could healthy chocolate taste good?" Not only does it taste great, but I now prefer it to "regular" chocolate. And so does my husband. (Kids love it, too!)

The inquisitive part of me needed to check into the benefits of eating pure chocolate. That's when I realized that healthy chocolate is better for everyone, not just for people with health challenges. Who doesn't want to feel and look better?

It thrills me that parents and grandparents can now offer healthy snacks to kids that promote optimum physical and mental health.

Pure chocolate has been a God-send for me. I want to "give back" by making a difference in the lives of others in a variety of ways, including "healthy chocolate living."

What do you want out of life? I'm having the time of my life right now by living my dreams.
