As the founder of PeakPerformanceWomen.com, I have the opportunity to share many wonderful resources with women on enhancing the body, mind and spirit. Also as a business coach and consultant, I am able to share tips on living a healthier life with my clients.

I have always been an adventurer and find that I am always trying new things. So when a friend of mine introduced me to "Healthy Chocolate", I couldn't believe what I was hearing and I had to try it. It sounded like an oxymoron to me - Healthy and Chocolate together?
